Yuriy Petrov is a Russian immigrant who has been in the United States for 20+ years. After living near Boston, MA, he moved to Myrtle Beach several years ago where he still makes his home.
Yuriy is an artist who instinctively knows color, color relationships and patterns. Largely self-taught, he has a remarkable talent in conceptualizing a wide variety of subject matter, expressing his unique visions in strong, vibrant colors.
Most recently, Yuriy is working on a series of abstract music-themed acrylic paintings.
