Girl Power, Feb 10 – Mar 16, Reception Feb 10, 2 – 4. Girl Power is a juried 2D and 3D show of North and South Carolina art that explores the multifaceted dimensions of what it means to identify as a woman today (Applications are due by Jan 31, 2024. Call the gallery at 910.575.5999 for info.) Exhibited work may include a range of media, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, digital arts, mixed media, and installations. Artist statements will explain how the work relates to the theme. We are excited for the prospects of this diverse and creative presentation. Girl Power will run from Saturday, Feb. 10 through Saturday, March 16. The opening reception is set for Saturday, Feb. 10. Please join us for what is sure to be an interesting afternoon!
